A stainless steel electric mica heating plate is an electric heating element where resistance wire is wrapped around a mica plate, providing excellent insulation and high-temperature resistance. The mica plate serves as both the framework and insulation layer, supported by galvanized or stainless steel for added protection. These plates can be shaped into various forms, such as sheets, plates, cylinders, or cones. With a surface load of 2.5-3W, it can endure temperatures up to 500°C.
